Grants, Fellowships & Prizes

One of our aims is to support academic work in relevant fields and one of the ways we do this is through the awarding of grants, fellowships and prizes. Together with the British Humanist Association and New Humanist we sponsor the James Hemming Essay Prize for sixth formers and the Blackham Fellowship for post-doctoral academics.

We are happy to consider individual applications for ad hoc grants to assist in research relevant to our aims. These should be addressed to The Chair of the Education and Arts Sub-Committee by email or by post.
