Should the right to free speech ever be restricted? Who defines and determines the boundaries of free speech and incitement to hatred? In what circumstances-if any-can censorship be justified?

Julian Baggini is co-founder and editor of the Philosopher’s Magazine, author of several popular books on philosophy, writes for several newspapers and magazines and is a frequent contributor to Radio 4 discussions on philosophical and ethical matters.
